Billing & Renewal
- Monthly: billed monthly with automatic renewal
- Annual: billed yearly with automatic renewal
- You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time (pricing may be adjusted proportionally)
Payments
Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
We do not store full payment details on our servers.
Free Trial (no credit card required)
- 14-day free trial
- Full access to premium features during trial
- We may send reminders before the trial ends
After Trial
If no subscription is activated:
- Your account switches to Free mode
- Static QR codes remain active
- Dynamic QR codes become read-only (scans work, but editing and analytics are disabled)
Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime in your account settings
- Paid features remain active until the end of the billing period
- Additional 10-day access period may apply
What happens after cancellation
Dynamic QR codes:
- Continue to work (scanable)
- Editing, redirects, and analytics are disabled
- Full functionality can be restored anytime by renewing your subscription
Grace period: up to 30 days to restore your plan without data loss
Plan Limits & Fair Use
- Starter: limited number of dynamic QR codes
- Pro / Business: extended or unlimited usage
- Unlimited scans under normal usage conditions
We reserve the right to apply fair use limits in case of abuse
Refund Policy
- 7-day money-back guarantee (first purchase only)
- Applies to Monthly and Annual plans
Refunds for bulk/API/white-label usage may be reviewed individually
No Advertising
We do not display any third-party ads on QR code pages.
Our service is fully subscription-based.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for:
- illegal activities
- phishing, fraud, or malware
- harmful or abusive content
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules

All platform technology and branding belong to Generating QR Code
Users retain ownership of their content
Disclaimer
Service is provided “as is” without warranties
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of UAE
